Lessons for Life provides a platform for Alexis Ware to engage with teens, their families, and other leaders of teens by sharing with them practical life guidance, helping them navigate the teen years. This incorporates pointing them toward Christ as the ultimate truth and toward scripture as the ultimate guide. She brings truth…
- Methods for this involvement include not only motivational speaking in large groups, but also through school partnerships which allow Alexis to build teams of volunteer mentors to build intentional relationships with struggling students. Partnering school administrators seek out Alexis to visit with individual students who need extra attention and guidance.
- Alexis’ basketball background (seasoned player and trainer) allows her to mentor girls through basketball training. Her approach not only improves their athletic skill, it allows Alexis to share inspirational lessons through sports. The impact is so significant. Parents routinely seek Alexis out, knowing that her coaching relationship will create opportunities for her to speak truth into the lives of their children.
